Structural: The superstructure works are completed, marking a major construction milestone.

Architectural & MEP Works:

  • Blockwork at the apartment levels is nearly complete, while internal plastering has exceeded 50% progress, and primer application is moving forward effectively.
  • False ceiling installation is ongoing.
  • Tiling works are underway on Level 2.
  • Curtain wall installation (external glass walls) is advancing on Level 3, while cladding works on the exterior façade have commenced.
  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works are approaching 50% completion.

Next steps: The next phase will focus on swimming pool construction, interior apartment fit-outs, and interior finishing works for common areas.
